Founded on Nong’an Street in Taipei in 1997, Saint Peter began with nougat candy and nougat crackers, and has spent over 20 years dedicated to baking craftsmanship, becoming one of Taipei’s signature souvenir brands. Since 1999, Saint Peter has received multiple baking awards. In 2014, its “Huaniu Nougat” won First Place in Northern Taiwan at the Happy Dessert Creative Nougat Competition. By combining crackers and other innovative ingredients with traditional nougat, Saint Peter became the original creator of Taiwan’s iconic nougat cracker.
