Founded in 1997 on Nong'an Street in Taipei City, the company has won numerous baking awards since 1999. In 2014, it won first place in the Northern Taiwan region of the "Happiness Dessert Creative Nougat Competition" with its "Hua Niu Nougat." This innovative product, which incorporated non-nut ingredients like biscuits and rice cakes into nougat, set a new precedent for Taiwanese nougat desserts. Since then, the company has further developed its nougat and biscuit products, earning them widespread acclaim both domestically and internationally. In 2018, its "St. Peter's Coffee Nougat Biscuit" was featured on the popular Korean variety show "Free 19!" and has become a must-buy souvenir for Korean tourists visiting Taiwan. It continues to attract support and love from customers around the world, including those in Korea, the United States, Singapore, and Hong Kong. By 2025, the company had established four stores and several temporary counters in department stores across northern Taiwan, demonstrating its impressive success.
