According to Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the "Guidelines for Reasonable Exceptions to the Right to Cancel Telecommunications Transactions," products that are "perishable, have a short shelf life, or are about to expire at the time of termination" fall within the reasonable exceptions provided for in Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act and are not subject to the seven-day trial period.
Products sold at St. Peter's, including nougat, nougat, shortbread, and cheese sticks, all have a short shelf life. Once shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to subjective factors (such as taste, appearance, or product not meeting expectations) unless the product itself is defective.
Please carefully review the "Contents Label," "Ingredients," "Delivery Time," and "Storage Instructions" on the product page before placing an order. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service assistant for confirmation before placing your order.

We will re-verify the integrity of the product and properly package it before shipping. If the following damage occurs during logistics, we still require your assistance in providing supporting documentation and we will promptly handle it:
